I gave a friend a ride here we got lost by there directions, (they dont know the bagel shop names well) . We walk in and the receptionist says to my friend "your extremely late". We were exactly 11 minutes late so I didn't think that was a problem. The other guy in the waiting room was like I was 15 minutes late, you dont gotta worry.... The receptionist makes my friend reschedule. She says the doctor is tired. It's her practice and she wants to leave. And it's her building so she can if she wants to. I feel this is completely ridiculous so anyone else who decides to go here, leave early cause the doctor does too. There was still an hour and 15 minutes left according to there the business hours and 1 person waiting who was nice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Autotte’s in excess of 10 years. In addition to being one of the best physicians I have come across in my life, she is also consistently patient, compassionate, and efficient. Physicians like Dr. Autotte are few and too far between!

Dr Autotte is a great diagnostician...and a compassionate physician. She correctly diagnosed a rare condition, and has helped to navigate numerous treatments. Coordinate her efforts with my physicians at Mt. Sinai and NYU Langone in NY. Her input is invaluable.
