I was with Doctor Hrabarchuck for more than 23 years and was so happy with his professionalism and care And now with this new company service being so terrible -you can’t make appointment and should wait for weeks and weeks and you can’t even make calls to the office ! Very disappointed and I started to look for another doctor _ very unhappy and sad

Dr. Harabarchuk is great if you can make an appointment. He sold his practice to Optum, they are the worst company on the planet. Optum will make sure that you can never get thru to the office. It’s unfortunate what happened to a great practice.

Been coming to this doctor since I was a baby. They used to be the best until Riverside Medical/Optum took over. Now, it’s basically impossible to book a same day appointment or even same week. Guess people have to wait weeks to be seen…not good. Also, don’t like how a call center answers every time and not the actual office. Lately, doctors at this location have been on leave and have been unavailable. Very unprofessional, steer clear.

Used to love this place. Ever since it got taken over by Optum I hate it. Try to call the office for them to answer a simple question and I get directed to some optum lady in Arkansas who has to now REdirect me to the office I live 5 minutes from. So ridiculous. They have also changed their work hours and won't update their site on giogle. Nice fail guys.

I have been on the phone on hold for a hour or more been trying to get a appointment seen Saturday is now Monday, this is the exact reason the hospital has over flow. Was such a better practice before optimum took over really disappointed was told to go to emergent care witch my insurance dose not cover I will be changing my primary

This office is great! I had a car accident and needed to follow up with Doctor. I spent all morning calling doctor offices in my area, but nobody would take a new patients. Finally I called Dr. Hrabarchuk office. And it made my day. Front desk representative was very understanding and went out of her way to give me an appointment immediately. I was seen by nurse practitioner Melanie Manger. She really took her time to properly evaluate my condition. She answered all my questions. Everybody in this office had great personalities. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Hrabarchuk takes time with his patients, he is a quintessential general practitioner and has provided me with excellent care for many years

I am very pleased with my first visit with this doctor and his office. I had no problems scheduling an appointment and the staff was very friendly and professional. The office location was close by , clean and spacious. Dr. Hrabarchuk is a very kind, knowledgeable and thorough doctor. I have a lot of chronic health conditions and I felt very comfortable with him and his suggestions for treatment going forward. It’s been a while since I have been able to find a good doctor and staff that treats me like a person and not a just another case number. I also like the fact that there is a lab in the same building where I can get my blood work done, especially since I need to follow up every 3-4 months with lab work. I am very happy I was referred to Dr. Hrabarchuk, his staff and his facility.

First visit there and the staff and Doctor were very welcoming! I can’t say enough good things about the doctors friendliness he was awesome to be around and made my non English speaking dad feel comfortable! 10/10 would recommend
