The Dr. Always rushes you, doesn’t even bother checking / asking the right Qs or understand you as a patient enough to recommend anything. He looked at a bug bite during a routine visit and charged his office charged me $140 for this regular office visit to my insurance. Which makes zero sense to me! Best part I was recommended heavy NASDs to cure them. Find someone else they’re crowded, receptionists are rude and just looking to bill people.

I am extremely surprised by the negative reviews. I have been going to this office for about 15 years and the staff, nurses and doctors have always been kind and attentive. I would recommend them.

The doctors are fantastic, but the office, not so much. I showed up to try and get an appointment before the end of the day on Friday; I drove there because they didn’t answer their phone. One person in the waiting room, and she tells me they are booked for the rest of the day. Didn’t ask what was wrong, nothing. Such a shame that good doctors get a bad rap because of some phone people. I am thoroughly disappointed in the way I was treated.

This office is not open until 8 PM on Fridays like the website states, they close at five. When I told the woman on the phone that the website says 8 PM she told me I “can’t believe everything I read on the Internet.” Totally rude and unprofessional. Change your website to reflect accurate hours and I’ll consider changing my one star review.

I love this office. They have always gone above and beyond for myself and my family. I love how they treat for a solution and not just to meditate. Dr Holgado truly has his patients in mind. I'm greatful to how found such an amazing practice
