Chai Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

The front receptionist are amazing. Probably the best part of the experience. I had to get a Covid test and they were extremely helpful and courteous. The doctor was very personable and answered all my questions. Hopefully I don’t ever have to come back here, but if I do I know i am in good hands.

I had gone in for what I thought was strep throat, but my test came back negative. While waiting for my COVID test, the Dr. said, "Wait 5 minutes". So I waited. 5 minutes turned to 10, turned to 20, turned to, 25. Mind you, I had a 103.3 fever. So I got up and went outside the room looking for someone. The Dr. saw me and said, "OMG you're still here?" Totally forgotten about me. Now it wouldn't be so bad but now fast-forward 4 days and I still have strep symptoms so I am questioning the validity of the check up.

I was brought here because my careless apartment left glass all over my apartment balcony after construction. They perfectly removed the glass with care. Place is clean and workers are nice :)

The place was clean Dr Pinto examined me for congestion and cough and never looked in my ears. I went back next day and told her my ears were bothering me , she didn’t look again and Said she would have managed it the same way as if she looked. I went to my PCP 4 days later with a throbbing earache. There was a buildup of wax and fluid and ear drum was swollen. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

I went here on a Sunday with a swollen knee that needed an X-ray. Chai's website stated they have X-rays. Turns out they don't have an X-ray. So I got my knee wrapped and that was it.

Easy to make appt. Had same day appts… doctor and staff were super nice and they were so nice to my daughter who had to come with me to the visit.

The Best place to go! No wait time, very thorough with you the entire visit and they take their time. MA Silivia, took her time, was very encouraging and kind with me. Dr. Imee is the best! She explains everything to you without trying to rush you out like other urgent cares. She is amazing with my son as well when he needs to be seen. They are just so kind and welcoming! Totally recommended Chai Urgent Care!

My experience was awful. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I took my 14 year old in with a sore throat and stomach ache. The Nurse?PA? took her vitals and swabbed her for strep. She continued to play with the test and kept commenting give it another minute I can't quite tell if it is positive or not. She said "the provider" would take a look. The "provider" came in. Looked at her throat while making comments that I was unable to interpret/hear. When I asked what he was saying he said, "I am just saying things out loud so I remember". He said she did not have strep and that she should gargle with warm salt water and stay home the following day. He followed us to the lobby where he signed an abscence form for school and then looked at me and asked if she had been swabbed for strep. I could not understand what/why he was asking that. With a look of complete confusion I asked "while we were here?" "didn't you just review the results and say she doesn't have strep?" He said, "oh-yeah. We will send the other to the lab and get back to you tomorrow." No call yesterday and when I reached out today they are closed Thursday through Monday for the holiday. I checked the portal they insisted I sign on to. There is absolutely nothing in the portal. No record of our visit or any labs being sent out. Never have I ever had an experience quite like this. Do not go here.
