Kenneth Ordene's Online Review Report Card

Hi, Typically, I don't like posting bad reviews , but this has been 6 years of very poor service & I'm writing this to help other people from getting trapped here. I remained here because there were waits at other practices and I was referred directly here since I was first diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. I read someone else's review and felt normalized for my experience. Dr. Ordene is very dismissive- just looks at numbers and quickly pushes you out. I always feel like a burden to him in our meetings. I have expressed my frustration to him before about how he cuts me off when I speak and for some of his very rude front desk people who had no empathy for me when I called in an emergency. When I expressed my frustration, he did seem to adjust a little bit, but ultimately returned to baseline. I'm sure he's very skilled and intelligent, but patient care is so important and he really falls short.. There have been multiple times he asks me what refills I need and I am not sure, so instead of taking the time for him to check if I am due for more meds, he doesn't do anything and I am left without insulin over the weekend. I work in healthcare and I go out of my way to ensure my clients have their refills for continuation of care and med regimen. I finally switched doctors and had my first apt elsewhere today- it was NIGHT AND DAY!! The doctor took time with me, asked me questions and even discussed diet and exercise, lifestyle etc with me which Dr. Ordene never did. I am so relieved to be somewhere new. It is worth it people... don't settle. <3

The staff is very difficult to deal with. The doctor falls short with caring for his patients.

Honestly I’m surprised by any positive reviews. This was one of the most unprofessional offices I’ve had the displeasure of going to. The front desk help is awful and the doctor is miserable. I never leave bad reviews but I needed to spare others of such an experience.

This Doctor is such a wonderful person every visit he goes over my test results with me. He explained every question that I have treats me like a person not a number. Phone calls are returned in a timely manner. His staff is also FIVE stars always friendly and kind. Wait time in office is never more than a few minutes. I hope the move to new office goes well, Looking forward to my next checkup.

Woman who answered phone was the most rude individual from a professional setting I’ve encountered in a long time. Will not be making an appt here and will be sure to let all my friends and family know to never use this office. I hope she’s the owner of the building, because as a business owner myself, I would never stand for that kind of behavior to my customers.

Don’t use this doctor. Very unreliable unprofessional staff which doesn’t respond to the patients. Nobody ever picks up a phone when you call the doctor’s office. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I had a horrible experience with this office. Very unprofessional and disorganized. I had to take off work and my husband had to take off to watch the kids so the doctor could CALL me and do my visit on the phone while i sat in the parking lot. Just to tell me no useful information. They refused to see me in person because i was not vaccinated. Totally disrespectful. They blamed me and said i told them i was vaccinated when i called. No i didnt say that and i never would. She said oh the person who made my appointment messed up. Ya think. This office needs to get it together and learn how to treat people. Very angry.

Stay away from very unreliable staff and the doctor who should close the practice!!!

Dr Ordene does not want to be bothered with anything you have to say. He was sending me for a test while telling me nothing is wrong with me. I won’t be going back

Dr. Ordene's telehealth appointment was rushed. He was very condescending and I felt very rushed during my appointment. Wouldn't even let me finish the story and never ONCE asked me how I actually felt. Instead, kept repeating that the lab results are normal. I was very disappointed. Maybe he is a good physician, just not the one for me.
