Nurses don’t know how to do there job, standing there talking to each-other in front of patients who are waiting for shots and are In a rush on lunch break. Very unprofessional

This doctors office does not only have a rude receptionist. Only seen a PA who was very unhelpful. My grandson was held off Allergy meds which triggers his asthma they would not finish testing when asked for a note for gym till. They can test was denied. So my grandson is the one who suffers because of the incompetence of thiss office . We will not return.😡

I don’t usually write reviews but this one was warranted. I went for my second visit yesterday and I had been running 3 min late. I entered the office and the receptionist asked my name and so I told her who I was. I apologized for being 3 min late. She then ( out loud )said to me “ oh you owe a lot of money, do you want to pay it now”? First of all, I never even received a statement/bill so she then says I’ll print it for you now. I work in customer service, that was unacceptable and unprofessional and for that reason I would never go back nor would I recommend.

Dr Guirguis is great. The reception is friendly and helpful. Nurse was just rushing to finish job. In the process asking me adult questions that I would have preferred not be asked in front of my daughter/ a minor. Not rude. But could have done better. Place is easy to find. The wait was not so long.
