My name is Linda Dolese I was scheduled for knee replacement surgery Drs. Aid Lisa called me and verbally was yelling at me saying you only have 80% coverage. Lisa said Dr would still operate how ever, instead acused me of calling hospital bothering staff said I was only allowed. To talk to her. She called with a vile temper and accused me of calling her staff all day I thought she had the wrong person and told her I just got helped in the door was out getting clearance all day nex I got in the mail I was not getting surgery as I made verbal threats and don't come on surgery day.I called office manager and she said when we let a person go this is the letter we send anyone.

I came to see Dr. Buxbaum about pain in my hip/back. He took his time with explaining my possible condition and possible treatments. He made sure I understood everything and never rushed me out the door which I appreciated. He seems to really care about his patients. Even though he was not 100% sure it was my hip, he didnt let me leave without figuring out a path to go on. I really appreciate that.

Dr. Buxbaum Was extremely knowledgeable, very personable excellent bedside manner,But I think what impressed me most about Dr. was all the time he took with me even though his office was full he made me feel as if I was the only patient there. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone who asked, And once again I couldn’t of been more pleased with my experience.

Was taken on time. Office staff very efficient. Dr. Buxbaum was very considerate and knowledgeable of my shoulder problem. Suggested therapy to make the arm/shoulder stronger and this did help. I was very please with my experience and how it was handled medically.
