I had cataract surgery with Dr Gershenbaum at his surgical center. The outcome has been good so far, however he forgot there is a patient attached to that eyeball. When I told him it was hurting he told me to hold still he was almost done and would not let the anesthesiologist give medication he brought into the room. It was a horrible experience.

Dr. Eric Gershenbaum performed Cataract Surgery on my right eye, September, 2019. I had a more difficult case, because I also had pseudoexfoliation, and high pressure in my eye (a forerunner of glaucoma) which makes the surgery somewhat more risky. The surgery was a total success. I had the Symphony Lens put in and I no longer have pseudoexfoliation in that eye and the pressure was lowered to normal readings. Dr. Gershenbaum is one of the few doctors who address all these issues in one surgery. Many other Opthalmologists do not and only address the cataract. I have now have amazing vision in my right eye. Highly recommend this doctor and will not hesitate to use him when the time comes for my left eye.

Dr Gershenbaum is a wonderful Dr. I am seeing so clearly after one day of laser surgery. I don't mind waiting in his office, as they say, you get what you pay for. Just schedule time for that day.
