My first visit and my last to this office. The front staff is friendly and courteous. The doctor we saw was Dr. Liya Ostrow she is very unprofessional and rude. Briefly comes in to the room to tell us our son needs surgery does not want to answer any questions we had and treated us like we are some third world citizens. Her secretary comes in after to do her job. Never again with this dentist. As a doctor you should be more professional and caring especially when dealing with peoples children. Save your time and money and find a different dentist to deal with. The whole objective is too squeeze as much money as possible through insurance.

Two of my friends bring their kids to Dr. Liya and have recomended her to me. I have to tell you, I was so impressed. After being kicked out of 2 dental offices I almost gave up hope, but dr. Liya changed all of that. Her patience, humor and natural way with kids has completely transformed my son. He had two baby root canals done, two crowns and one extraction and at the end he told me "mom i didnt even get a shot". With dr.liya's story about nail salon, teeth taking a nap on pillows, etc my son didnt even know he got an injection. I highly recomend Dr. Liya.
