I went to see Dr McLaughlin at the urging of my rheumatologist who was very concerned about my headaches. (I previously had c1-c2 fusion) Dr McLaughlin kept me waiting over an hour. He was certainly pleasant enpugh and referred me to another Dr for "injections". My mistake was assuming that the doctor he referred me to was a Pain Management doctor. Instead, I subsequently learned, he is a Sports Medicine doctor (a DO not an MD) who advised me to put ice on my neck and go see a chiropractor After expressing my disappointment at this advice, Dr Balar offered a nerve block. He seemed distracted and disinterested as he texted away on his phone. He also couldn't manage to keep his mask over his nose. 2 years into a pandemic and he's wearing an ill-fitting cloth mask that doesn't cover his nose. I'm so disappointed by the entirely exhausting experience (the pre-appointment paperwork is ridiculous) Dr. McLaughlin seems very pleasant, it's so disappointing how this entire experience turned out to be. I'll be looking for more considerate and professional Dr's. UPDATE: Their diagnosis was also wrong. I did finally get the correct diagnosis from another Dr and I'm now enjoying life with persistent headaches

Dr. McLaughlin is an awesome individual. He has a professional yet caring mannerism. As a patient that needed emergency brain surgery, Dr. McLaughlin was kind, empathetic, as well as sympathetic for my fear. Dr. McLaughlin has an extraordinary bedside manner. I was so confident with Dr. McLaughlin’s miraculous surgical ability, that I had a Spinal Surgery by him. He is a humanitarian as he sponsors local sports leagues. The office staff is always kind and professional.

From my call in to schedule, front end reception, medical assistant, to Dr. McLaughlin I had a great experience. I felt listened to and my care was individualized. They referred me to pain management who responded fast and equally amazing. I finally feel like I am going to start feeling better and will be well cared for in the future to come. I would recommend and give 10 stars.

From start staff was professional and friendly waitting time was short about 15 minutes the doctor talked to me not at me . he asked about my pain and where it was how long it lasted then the doctor talked with me about what could cause my pain but he needs an mri of my back so he could see what the possible cause could be .I felt comfortable and relaxed talking to the doctor it was like talking to family about my back his staff was great it was like going to the doctor's 40 years ago

Dr McLaughlin, thru my experience he is the best surgeon, he did C6 corpulectomy C5-C6; C6-C7 fusion. After my surgery I never had any pain. I didn’t even take any pain pill until I went home no pain at all. I feel I never had surgery. I only see is I had incision on my neck. I don’t have any complications, I feel normal my vision, my strength, no damage on my nerves.👍👍👍👍👍

Dr. Meagher is a very fine physician and I feel fortunate that I’m in his care. He’s responsive to your concerns, your questions, he listens carefully and speaks to you in a very direct and authentic way. When I called his office and requested that certain forms I needed for my job be completed and returned to me, I received them promptly the following day! Dr. Meagher is highly intelligent and thoroughly professional, and I can honestly give him my whole hearted recommendation.

Though my condition didn't require surgery Dr. McLaughlin took the time to examine me, review my last MRI and listen to me explain my symptoms. His recommendations were very helpful.
