Norman A. Back's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Back is a wonderful doctor with a heart. During Covid my handicapped daughter was in pain and needed to see a gynecologist but didn't understand she had to wear a mask. Numerous gynecologists turned her away. His office made special arrangements to have her be the last patient and make sure she wasn't near anyone so she could get the medical care she needed. He did everything he could to help her and I highly recommend him!

I waited 25 min outside before I was called to come into the office for my appointment. I then spent 30 min in the examination room with only a small robe on. No one came. No one even stopped to ensure me that I would soon get care. This appointment was made months in advance due to their "busy" schedule. I unfortunately did not get my examination due to frustration from waiting to enter the office and the vulnerability for sitting undressed with only a small robe on with no bedside manner from the staff. I am completely disgusted. The appropriate measure would have been for one of the "professionals" to reach out to me to both apologize and ensure that I was healthy enough to return home. They don't care about their patients.

I've been seeing Dr. Back for at least 20 years. He is a wonderful, caring doctor and always takes his time answering any questions. He is considerate and always goes the extra yard to make sure all bases are covered. Now that I am in my late 60's, I appreciate that he still cares that I lead a healthy life. I would recommend him without a doubt. His office staff is incredible too.

Dr Back is a great doctor . Takes time in explaining procedures , good advice , knowledgeable and understanding. Dr. Goldstein is also great had pleasure of being seen by him as well. Office staff is just wonderful attentive and courteous. Dr. Back follows up with patients which is great as well.

I had my child many decades ago. Dr. Back treated me very poorly. It still affects me to this day. The most beautiful experience of my life was diminished by his cold and uncaring demeanor. I have wanted to write this so many times. He did not explain anything to me. I was a scared first-time mother. He didn’t deserve the honor of bringing my child into the world.

I started seeing Dr Back because he was under my new insurance. I am in my late 20s and I have a few gynecological issues that I was hoping he would be able to help with so my husband and I could one day have children. Unfortunately after visiting with him I noticed how insensitive he was. It was a sensitive topic for me and he truly lacked compassion and bedside manner. Once I noticed that I always left his office sad and in tears, I knew it was time to look for a new OBGYN. I personally would not recommend this group.

Had an unfortunate experience and at first he seemed very caring and helpful but it changed once he thought I was going to sue. As a Christian it goes against Gods laws . I just wanted to know what happened and the answer I received was “ well you’re here right”?? Maybe if he used glue and took time to stich instead of using “staples “ to take the easy way out ....girls wouldn’t get infections. Proceed with caution.

Great doctor, great office staff, beautiful office.
