Atlanticare Physician Group - Cardiology's Online Review Report Card

Both locations, same review. Kindness, compassion, patience, listening skills are not found in Dr J (don’t know her full name). This woman is over worked and doesn’t have time for new patients. 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room, nurse told us “this is normal if you want to see her”. I said “if this is normal maybe they could have let us know at the front desk” she replied “you have to ask how long the wait is, it’s not our policy to tell you how long it will be”. I was ok with that being new clients. We walked to the room and waited for 10 mins. She came in with fake friendliness saying hellos. She proceeded to not allow my mom to speak. Constantly cutting her off, talking over her and saying “ya ya ya ok ok ok”. I said “ excuse me, my mom left her other drs because she felt she wasn’t being heard” while I was speaking she kept saying “ya ya ya ok ok ok”. I said “ is there any chance you could just listen to what she has to say and respond after she’s done speaking?”. She slammed her hands down and with a fake smile and aggression said “I’m not your doctor, this isn’t going to work, I’m not your doctor”. Look everyone has a bad day but this was the first time visiting her. She remained hostile and walked out of the room, my mom said “is this goodbye” she said “yes” and left. She has a “reputation” for “being the best” in my opinion she is unprofessional and immature. Cool you got a diploma, you are letting your “popularity” get to your head. I wonder how many people she does this to and they’re to afraid to speak up. Sad

I’m a new patient of Dr. Gotimer and called the office 3 times to get samples of drugs which I was told I would be able to do. I am out of town and will be out of the medicine and needed the samples to be picked up and I spoke to the rudest individual I have ever dealt with 3 times in fact one time she hung up on me! Being a new patient and having worked in the medical office field previously for 5 plus years I was appalled! I am definitely considering changing doctors if I have to deal with these rude employees in the future. Having heart problems it is not worth it! I hope someone in this office reads this! I am livid!! And yes I have her name!!

Dr Sanyal is a great doctor. Trying to talk to someone is impossible. I have called three different phone numbers and waited and waited and never got through.

Went to see a new cardiologist since my prior cardio doc had left the practice. I needed cardiac clearance I did feel Dr Flynn listed to my med concerns and acted accordingly .When a new med was denied ( not in insurance company preferred list it was addressed promptly by staff ( Thank you Cameron) and the decision was reversed by my carrier.As a nurse who has the often had to chase those appeals down for patients , it was such a relief to have it handled so well and so promptly by someone else. Great job with patient advocacy

They were overcrowded in their waiting room didn't feel very safe in there it was full they have more than one cardiologist they also have in the same place rheumatologist so everyone waits in the same waiting room not sure about going back

We absolutely love Dr. Thirunahari. As a cardiologist, he is very thorough and caring and has been very flexible in working with both my parents who are elderly. He has gone above and beyond in his communication with us, even on the weekends, to check in on my father who was having issues. Unless you have a morning appointment the wait time can be extremely long and it is not always easy to get a person on the phone who is knowledgeable when you call. Setting that aside, I would give Dr. Thirunahari five stars!

Everyone is efficient and knowledgeable . Pleasant on time visits.sorry this is the wrong office. I go to Lourdes cardiology

These offices NEVER CALL YOU BACK! it's been almost a month since my testing and no one from any offices will return my messages. I swear atlanticare healthcare is just all around sub par.

I had a great experience! The staff was extremely courteous and efficient. They bent over backwards to schedule an echo-cardiogram and a stress test before my impending cataract surgery. Dr Levin was thorough when questioning me about my symptoms and carefully evaluated my answers. I would definitely recommend this office.
