I was turned away for being 7 minutes late, on my only day off and a nearly 20 mile drive!! The receptionist Susan was very RUDE to me when I explained to her all these things and they wouldn’t budge, my advice: don’t deal with SUSAN and get there an hour ahead of time if you want to be seen by this optometrist.

Have gone above and beyond to deal with at best a fussy customer at worst a crazy person. I’m extremely picky and having never worn glasses before I was not the easiest. The staff was helpful, patient and didn’t stop trying to accommodate all of my requests. If they can put up with me they can make any customer happy guaranteed.

Nice office and nice people. Personable, friendly atmosphere. I was a new patient and they made me feel like I had been coming there for years. I will be back and the wife and her mother will be making appointments.
