I have been with Dr Kim over 20 years, she is an excellent doctor. My biggest issue is the new office she has moved to terrible people at the desk checking you in, rude, disrespectful and lazy, really very sad was never this way before.

Not taking new patients. Well, she must be good, because she's not taking new patients... "Her panel is full", is all you get when you call. No care, no concern, no maybe she can fit you in... I love the modern day compassion of the medical field. What come around, goes around. When they cant take hot showers because "my panel is full", then maybe they'll get off their high-horse.

Dr. Kim is excellent. She is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She takes her time and explains everything to her patients. She is a good listener.

Leaving practice. After 20+ years as a patient, the office could not find one 15 minute appointment for me until 10 weeks after my call. Yolanda in her office refused to ask her if she could fit me in somewhere. The atlanticcare online help got me in in 6 weeks. 3 days later, Yolanda called to cancel the appointment. She advised that Dr. Kim is a "part-time" dr. I've already made an appointment with someone else for a week later. Shame the office staff is so respectfully rude.

She is respectful of her patients. She listens to complaints and is very detail-oriented dealing with each complaint. I find her very knowledgeable and analytical. Highly recommend such a good doctor.

I really thought highly of Dr. Kim. I thought she was kind, compassionate, nonjudgmental. Saw her true colors-I was judged, mistrusted, & treated like I was a drug addict/seeker?! I haven’t ever abused drugs/alcohol! I don’t even, drink! The fact, I have a panic disorder-all my real medical issues-‘where in my head’-she stopped listening & taking anything seriously. She, had no reason to treat me as she had. I asked for blood work because, I didn’t feel well-I was called to get to the ER-ASAP.

Dr.Kim is straight forward, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. She has been my elderly fathers primary care physician for a number of years, and due to my own Dr. retiring, I recently made her my PCP as well.
