Best Pediatric around , this dude saved my life as a child...an all my children go to him also!!!!

Dr B. has been our pediatrician for 28 yrs. and we love him. One of my oldest did not want to transition to an adult doctor and my kids would be ok staying there if they could. We will be sad when my youngest has to transition to an adult doctor soon. He and his staff have always been great and accomodating when we needed them. Never waited a long time in the waiting room, in and out withing an hour. Only once Dr. B had an emergency and was a bit behind schedule, he personally came out to the waiting room himself to apologize and let me know that it will be about an hour. I have never had a doctor give me a heads up or apologize for a long wait. Great bed side manner. It is a bit weird having Reliance there, not crazy about it. However, I cannot comment since I have not had much experience with them thus far. I guess it's ok so far. Thank you Dr. B for your great care and being so thorough in my kids care.

So I give 3 stars because I love the staff and Dr. Budnick prior to joining Reliance and don't want to hurt them in people's search's...they truly are wonderful! However, since Reliance took over things just aren't the same. I won't go into everything as I want to keep it short and sweet with the biggest problem. BEFORE you pay a bill from Reliance CHECK IT! I was billed for two of three children for a flu shot with a nurse, all the same day, that is fully covered 100% by my insurance! My thought is how many people are just paying because they can't look into it and are losing out on money!! I called when I got the first bill a couple days ago and they righted the wrong. However, I called today to take care of the second bill and the woman hung up on me after telling me she was going to take care of it and I wanted her to look into the third child making that known before she hung up on me. So I called back after being hung up on to find out if it was taken care of and to find out about the third child. The next person that I had talked to said that it was not taken care of and that the third child had a zero balance. She then fixed everything with the one child to make it a zero balance. WATCH your bills people, that could have been us out of $20 for no reason!!! That second person blames it on the insurance company. I never had bill issues prior to Reliance, ever! I even sent a message to corporate over this incident more because I'm worried for other people! I really wish I had the woman's name that hung up on me because she was just down right RUDE and I'd love to put her on blast!

I agree with all who put unprofessional we've been coming here a little while now and every time we come here there's an issue we don't really agree on staying here much longer quick story we were supposed to be here at 1:15pm we got here early and then they said we were late as they are sitting here there joking and eating lunch as they could have just fit us in. I know your probably wondering why we are still sitting here and thats because we take logistics care sometimes to get us here and they are just sitting at there desk eating lunch and one of the receptionist just said out loud "ciggarrete time" guess your cigarettes are more important then taking care of our preemie daughter who just needed to get seen for shots well needless to say when I get home I'll be looking for a professional doctor who takes care of our daughter. Oh and not to mention they tell the parents one thing and do a whole other thing with dcpandp so I recommend you not to go here if you have any involvement with them

Dr. Budnick has taken such wonderful care of all four of our children over the years.

If I could give Dr. Budnick zero stars I would! Do your child a huge favor and don't bring them to this office. Office old and dirty. Dr. has zero bedside manner and the personality of a dish rag. Patients beware!

Really good doctor

Best Dr ever. Been taking our kids there for 25 years now. My kids are ages 13 to 25 and they all LOVE Dr. Budnick. He will always fit them into the schedule when they are sick. If it is after office hours you can connect to his service and he will call you back. His office staff are equally as great! Plus he has 2 locations, 1 in Pomona and 1 in Margate, both pleasant atmospheres. I could go on forever with great things to say!!!

This doctors office is extremely unprofessional. They lost my newborns shot records when I went to her 3 month visit so no one knew what shots to give her so I switched docs right away. It took them 6 months to provide the new doc with any sort of paperwork. And because they lost records, we missed a vaccine that she would have needed before 8 months so she missed it completely.

A great doctor who cares about his patients, speaks to the parents with respect, well established, and always makes qualified referrals.
