Ramchand Thadhani's Online Review Report Card

Accompanied a patient several times in 2018. Only ever saw male nurse practitioner. Long story short he changed provider to VA Clinic in Northfield.

This is a lie!!!! This man is not affiliated with multiple hospital in this area. He is only allowed to practice outta Shore Memorial. He is not allowed to practice in ACMC!!! It's very to sad that i gave this man an opportunity to be my doctor. If there was a way to put zero 🌟 I would have. For over the last 8 to 9 months this man was my primary doctor. Till this day I have yet to know what this man even looks like. He is by far one of if not the worst doctor I've ever had. The only hospital he's allowed to even practice in is Shore Memorial and I'm sure there a reason why no other hospital would allow him to practice. His office staff is the worst. Other than Ginger who is a good representative, the other staff is horrible and have a very below average professionalism.While in the E.R. this man refused to attend to me. Even sending me a text, saying that he was no longer my doctor since I text him and stated that it's very bad that I'm sitting in the E.R. in pain and he hasn't done anything about it. Because according to the E.R. doctor only he could write the orders. If that's not unprofessional, I don't know what is. This man should not be allowed to practice medicine anywhere. His only intentions are to profit from the sickness of others with no intentions to do his job as a doctor. I do not recommend anyone to this man. Again, this man should not be allowed to practice no where no how. This man is a very sorry excuse for a doctor!!!! So sad that we have doctor's such as these that have no rights to be doctors.

Staff is worst on that office everytime i called getting same ans dr is on vaction u can make an appoinment with np nd i saw everytime dr is at his office

I really like this doctor's office ! Dr. Thadhani is awesome and his practictioner Dr. Bedsole is therough, both are great ! Not really fond of their receptionist but his medical assistants are cool too.

I dont understand why you have to pay in cash, please take Visa or at least a debit card...

Dont trust Dr. Thadhani to provide medical care to anyone you care about! Your loved one may die before he ever returns a call to you! Weve waited several weeks and left numerous messages to call us. Returning calls is not a priority to Dr. Thadhani. Makes us question the quality of care provided by this Doctor.

I like the Doctors but the office staff needs to be trained. I call to get test results and they never call back. they call and say I need a prescription and then never call it in.

I called the doctor to ask for a referral, and apparently, I cant have one unless I visit the doctor at least every 4 months, according to some new law. Basically, all he cares about is making money because there is no law that requires you to see the doctor every 4 months.

Rude, inexperienced staff. Need to call the doctor multiple times to learn of Xray or blood test results. Has an incredibly long waiting time of an hour in the waiting area and then another half hour to an hour in the patient room to be seen by the doctor. Unable to schedule appointments when sick.
