A very positive experience. Gina, Val, and Jaime are all credits to the organization. They were all friendly, professional (without being overly business-like), and concerned with my well-being. Dr. Petruzzi obviously sets a good example for his staff. He himself is comforting and helpful and inspires confidence in his assessment of my situation.
