She puts everyone first making sure they find a happy place. This center is a safe spot to unwind and find your happy. Definitely recommend A Therapy Life Center!

I have attended the group meditations, healing sessions, and annual events hosted by A Therapy Life Center. All are so peaceful, powerful, and safe. Tammy is easy to talk to and really knows how to get down to the route cause of an issue and offers effective strategies to heal.

I was so nervous to start therapy but this office was so welcoming and caring that made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially Allison who has helped me through such a difficult time.

I love this office and the owner. She is an amazing therapist with an incredible passion for healing. Tammy has a beautiful heart that brings people in. I have been to a few guides meditations at the office and they were exactly what my heart and soul needed on my healing journey. The space is welcoming and private. And the energy of love and acceptance flows through the practice and the people who work there. I have also attended her summer healing event twice and had a wonderful peaceful and recuperative experience . I highly recommend this office for your therapy needs.
