I just had my sixth month clean up and the experience was great! I felt extremely safe from start to finish. They have implemented many Covid precautions and make sure you are aware of them. This is my second cleaning with them and I have finally found the best dentist! They do such a thorough job cleaning your teeth and the overall examine makes you feel confident about your overall health. I love the consistent email communication from the office. Also, every person in the office is so nice!

I have a terrible dental phobia due to extremely sensitive teeth and have often postponed cleanings for years with previous dental practices. Dr Beaty and Bethany have always taken care of me so that I feel comfortable. They make sure I am numb enough to be comfortable, they are extremely patient and make sure to go at my pace. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience there and would highly recommend, particularly if you have a dental phobia. I can't say enough good things!

Best dentist office I've ever experienced. Easy to schedule, transparency with $, personalized care, no hard sell on extras, courteous staff, superb dentists. My wife & I feel good everytime we leave this place

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Beaty. My cousin recommended her so I knew it would be great, but it far exceeded my expectations. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable. This was the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. I left the office feeling so confident of my new dental team. I wish I had starting coming to this office earlier on! I plan on recommending Dr. Beaty to friends, family and co-workers!

She’s horrible. Doesn’t listen, agreed I shouldn’t take a anti inflammatory any longer cause I’ve been on it so long only to perscribe me a higher dosage. The antibiotic she prescribed was so high dose and confusing to pharmacy that they had to call her only to find she’s no longer with the practice. What a surprise. Have to find a new dentist now. Would give 0 stars if could

I've been a patient here for over 10 years and my care has been consistently professional, caring and beyond my expectations. From the minute you walk in the office, the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. This vibe continues while you sit in the chair, awaiting Dr. Beaty. Did I mention the additional comforts - massaging chair, heated neck pillow, parafin hand wraps? While it sounds like a spa, the dental work is first-rate. Dr. Beaty is thorough and spends as much time as it takes to diagnose and treat each patient. She never seems rushed or preoccupied. I've had a series of complicated dental problems to treat over the years and Dr. Beaty has been able to resolve each and every issue. Rather than mention her team members by name, I'll compliment all of them because they each manage to focus on patients, solve billing problems, schedule appointments and never seem frazzled. A big thank you to everyone!

Had a hygiene appointment with Chase today and it was BY FAR the best, most thorough and comfortable cleaning I have ever had! Friendly yet professional, Chase was knowledgeable and informative, and let me know what I was doing right and what areas I needed to improve. And ZERO discomfort! I am so happy I found Chase and Dr. Beaty, highly recommended.

A few months shy of a year ago, I took the advice of many coworkers and made my cleaning appointment with Dr. Beaty, and found that this was the most thorough and thoughtful cleaning I've perhaps ever had. The amount of detail is exquisite, and I think that Dr. Beaty has excellent "bedside" manner. My review comes after getting a THIRD opinion on the status of my teeth after this cleaning, as this office suggested I needed a LOT of work, fillings, etc. A friend who is a Navy dentist looked at my X-Rays (2nd opinion) and said beware...you don't need all this work on your teeth, go see another dentist... so I went and got my 3rd opinion from our family dentist in the suburbs who pulled up my x-rays from 6 years ago, alongside fresh x-rays he took, and they showed little to no further decay on my teeth. He said, I'll do a filling or two when you're ready, but disregard the estimate of thousands of dollars of work you were initially given - you don't NEED 10+ fillings. He even explained that some of the fillings suggested would ultimately need part of the tooth drilled away to get to - and not a conducive solution. Considering this man has been the dentist for our extended family for close to 20+ years, I'm heeding his advice. I was kind of floored, and very disappointed by the extremely different opinions shared by Dr Beaty's offices versus a friend and second dentist - the Navy dentists are no-nonsense, which is why I trust a friend. While I can't speak for other dental needs, the work I was given a pre-estimate for from Dr. Beaty's office was deemed unnecessary or immediate, and I'm concerned for this involvement in other's dental care. For some, they provide wonderful dental care, and this review is only to provide my experience. Loved my cleaning, won't be returning.
