I feel lucky to have joined GentleCare Therapy as the center opened in New Jersey. Our team had a common goal of creating a positive and supportive environment, and watching that come to fruition has been a dream come true! I feel valued and supported by our exceptional team, and seeing the kids flourish here makes me excited to go to work every day.

GentleCare's management truly cares about their therapists. Coming from working a full-time position, it was challenging to transition to an independent contractor (no benefits) but the flexibility of the job, days off, and consistent communication that GentleCare provides to therapists makes the position worth it! GentleCare management makes sure that therapists feel comfortable with their caseloads and is willing to speak with therapists in advocating for their kids. As an SLP with GentleCare for over a year, I have consistently found the position very rewarding and feel motivated to help my kids!
