They let my mom come in the operation room cause I have anxiety

I have never met a doctors office that was so rude and disrespectful . I am single mother of twin boys , out of three appointments one time I could not find a sitter for my other child . I will not send my child back alone and wait outside with my other child . For a company who claims they work with autistic and special needs children they have no compassion no patience and no respect . If they are that afraid of Corona then shut your business down . If I could give no stars I would . I don’t write reviews but this needed to be said . I know multiple people who go to this doctor and they are all pulling their kids out . Good luck to them I hope to see them shut down soon .

My kids love dr holdbrook

The worst!!! My 2 kids were patients at Holdbrook for 10 years until they treated them and my wife like crap because the front desk has no clue. We always had dental insurance but for a short time we didn't but we still kept our appointment because our kids teeth and heath is important to us so we paid for our visit that day with our dept card. Then a few weeks later we got a letter from delta dental saying of visit wasn't covered, which is why we paid with our card because we didn't have coverage. Moreover, they tried to charge delta dental less than what they changed us, so we contacted the office and they said it was a mistake. Then the following week we got a letter from Metlife dental saying our visit wasn't covered and yet again we called the office and they said it was a mistake and not to worry about it. Finally, my wife took them to their most recent appointment and this time we had coverage however, they claimed we never paid for the last visit, which we had the receipt

Best pediatric dentist. So patient and caring, as well his staff. Prior to going to Dr Holdbrook’s office, my children were anxious about goi g to a dentist .

I have a 13 year old daughter who never liked going to the dentist. I took her to Holdbrook in Cherry Hill and she loved her experience. She wasn't made to wear a mouthgard to keep her mouth open. She has never had cavity nor has she ever bitten a dentist. I thought this mouthgard was normal until Holbrook. The mouthpiece that her former dentist used was made for children who bite or do not understand that they must keep their mouth open. My daughter had been going to the dentist since she was 4 years old. She wasn't made to wear one until she was old enough to go back into the dentist chair without me. I just want to thank Holdbrook for being so good with my daughter. She likes going to the dentist again. She even asks me when her next appointment is so she doesn't miss it. I would definitely recommend Holdbrook Dental Office to anyone with children whether it is your child's 1st time or 10th time. Holdbrook keeps my daughter smiling!

TVs in the ceilings which is dope

I'll start with the positive. The hygienists are fantastic and my kids love going there. Now for the negative. I think this practice has outgrown its scheduling capabilities or something. It's hard to get an appointment and when you do finally get one they end up rescheduling it sometimes with little notice. The last three times one of my kids has had an appointment they've rescheduled. I understand things come up sometimes but this is ridiculous. Have a little respect for my time.

This office is about one thing and one thing only money.They nickel and dime you to death. The staff is as bright as a 2watt light bulb. Watch the scheduling because they make you come back multiple times for the most routine procedure. I would strongly reconsider using this business.

I have 2 little girls and getting them to the dentist was literally like pulling teeth. I came across Dr. Holdbrooks practice while searching for another dentist and thought I would give him a try. I am so glad I did. When I walked in I was greeted by a warm smiling staff. While I filled out my paperwork the girls played on xbox and an Imac computer while watching one of their favorite movies. We waited maybe 10 mins and went right back. Dr. Holdbrook greeted my oldest who was more scared then her sister, at first she wouldn't open her mouth but by the end of the appointment she was smiling from ear to ear asking me if he could be our dentist all the time. I can't say enough about Dr. Holdbrook and our experience I am just thankful that I took a chance and went to see him!!
