When I found out my long time endocrinologist was retiring I was worried about finding a replacement. Someone recommended Dr. Grover to me citing her care for her patients as her best attribute. I scheduled her with the understanding that it may take 2 months to get an appointment, as she is highly sought as a physician. It did indeed take 2 months for an appointment and I had no issue waiting as I still had time with my current prescriptions and patient care. I received a call right before my appointment was coming up to find I was being pushed an additional 3 months due to a family emergency Dr. Grover was dealing with. I was understanding, but a bit nervous as it would put me close to running out of my medication. Now I was finally supposed to go to my appointment tomorrow, only to receive a call today saying that once again there was a family emergency and I would need to be pushed to February. I was in tears as this would mean running out of my prescriptions which are extremely important to my health. The only other option I was given was to see the nurse practitioner the day before Christmas Eve. I spent the rest of the day calling other doctors trying to get an appointment to no avail. Dr. Grover has compromised my health and safety. While I can appreciate that emergencies come up, it isn't acceptable to allow someone to run out of their medication. I should have been given an alternate appointment that would have provided my medication when it is needed. So much for "Do no harm."

Dr. Grover is the most caring and thoughtful doctor I have ever come across. I have been under her care for several years and followed her to this practice from her previous one in Manhattan and will probably do it again if she moves somewhere else! She listens carefully and suggests all possible solutions for her patients. You will never have second thoughts about her management. I like this practice as well - very organized, clean and the wait time is totally reasonable. You will be in great hands if you are looking for an excellent doctor who also has a very kind and humble nature.

Dr.Grover is the Best endocrinologist I ever had, From Florida to New Jersey there is no one better. She is very caring, Listens to every issue I my have & always has a solution for my Diabetes. I have spent 30-40 minutes going over reports with her. When blood is drawn she calls with results the next day or two. The six receptionist are easy to reach by phone, scheduling is simple, making, changing appointments are simple, & friendly. Dr. Grover does not do full exams for me, that’s what my Internal Medical doctor does, she Does go over that doctors labs, reports, recommendations and works with all my doctors. She does check my heart, lungs, breathing and more. My A1C has gone from 7.4 to 5.2 Dr.Grover also has seen me in the hospital at Hackensack Meridian Health and does in hospital visits. I Highly recommend this office, Staff & Dr. Anjali Grover in the Montclair Glen Ridge area or where ever you live. You Will be Happy you did. I Know I Am & Grateful.

Doctor may be great based on the reviews, but if you cannot get an appointment after being cancelled by them twice. And every time you need to wait for 2 months is really worst. Someone really need to do review their scheduling and the worst service.
