Impossible phone system. Can’t speak to a live person until you jump through hoops. This morning I waited 10 minutes in a queue, opted for a call back, got one, then got put back into the queue again and then before I could speak with someone, the line was disconnected. Never got a call back. Practice is way too big.

Office staff on 2nd floor is very rude behaves like she is doing favor to us.

Misleading and unethical practice was not told the second floor was a separate entity and was charged a ridiculous amount was first told my insurance was covering everything got a bill from the hospital for over $600. Waited over an hour to get my insurance approved did not tell me what my portion would be suggested test that I did not need I am refusing to pay the bill. If you see what the office looks like you’ll understand why they overcharge and try to give you a test you don’t need total crooks

Where do I start first of all I specifically requested an appointment with doctor De Gregorio and instead when I went in today, after they told me over the phone I was going to see him, I was seen by this other Dr. She was very rude no bedside manners. She seem frustrated made me feel like I was bothering her to the point that I felt really uncomfortable asking her any questions or explaining to her what was wrong I’m really disappointed.

Dr. Degregorio is an excellent doctor. He is very caring and willing to work with you. He is definitely not a doctor that only wants your money and prefers to go the natural route as oppose to just prescribing a whole bunch of medication. I highly recommend.
