List of Ralph Napoli's Reviews
I called on a holiday and was able to schedule a visit the following day I arrived early since you need to fill paperwork out staff was courtesy and friendly made you feel welcome I was called early saw the Dr on time was a thorough exam had X-rays taken the Dr reviewed my x-rays with me gave a course of actions scheduled a follow up and I was on my way.. Not sure why all the people complaining about the practice and the Dr
The entire staff and the doctors are fantastic! You are in and out in no time. The worst part is the parking lot.
Probably one of my worst doctor experiences ever. He spent less than 5 minutes with me, barely examined me, and didn't do any imaging. He was polite but clearly dismissive of my concerns. He had no idea I had arthritis until I mentioned it to him. He told me that walking less and avoiding hills would solve my issue, and if it didn't, use better insoles. That was it. Keep in mind he didn't ask me how bad the pain was, nor did he give a reasonable answer when I told him I couldn't walk less, as it was one of the only exercises I could tolerate because my arthritis. My pain persisted, so I went to a different doctor. That doctor spent actually spent time with me and examined my feet, shoes, and posture. He also took xrays of my feet. The new doctor identified the issue that Napoli had diagnosed, plus an issue with my foot structure, and discovered my arthritis had gotten significantly worse and was part of the excruciating pain I was experiencing. Definitely suggest finding a different doctor.
Great with ankles
The worst. Failed to read my x-rays correctly to realized I didn't just have 1 broken toe.. I actually fractured 2 and the bottom joint. Saw him 3 times and told him I was having a lot of pain and he said "take advil for a week, the toe has healed" , well doc, I just saw another doctor 3MONTHS LATER and just found out that my toeS never healed (they got worse) and a had an even bigger fracture on the bottom of my foot causing the pain. Thanks for the advil.
I had a good experience- he was patient and listened to my history- I had broken my foot 3 mnths ago & went to 2 other drs- Neither listened. 1st dr gave me a metal insert to put in my shoe it effected my nerve- Now I have nerve issue 2nd dr said I have a neuroma and need surgery . I didn’t think I had one after reading about it and then I went to Dr. Napoli who confirmed I don’t have a Neuroma- He listened, looked at X-ray and wrote script for Pt Seemed confident I don’t need surgery-
Great experience for Dr Napoli. He’s quick but it’s because he is very well versed and his knowledge of podiatric care. Great staff customer service in Emerson office.
Everyone is very helpful and will listen to what has happened in your situation. Each person is there to make sure that your visit goes smoothly.
Dr. Napoli took time to make sure everything was clear and we understood the recovery time. His staff was very courteous and helpful, and we never had to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room for an appointment!
I went to Dr Napoli last year My first visit I had to wait over an hour. .The staff was not informing me about the delay and seems pretty unconcerned. He was rushed and said he knew what I needed. After surgery, my stitches opened because he used only 6 and I was told to move the toe. Still in pain, I asked for a catscan. He said he didn't know why I was in pain still and never called back with results. I got the results from the radiologist after that dr spoke to Napoli. Dr Napoli never called

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
