For three days I have called and have been put on hold for over 30 minutes each time. The calls gets disconnect. I finally got someone and cancelled my scheduled procedure out of frustration. Terrible customer service.

The support staff in this office is the most incompetent and irresponsible that I have ever dealt with. For over a month, I have been trying to contact this office to resolve a mishandled insurance claim. Each time I called, the call was disconnected after a long hold. I also went to the office but neither Dr. Oh or his staff was available and was told the best way to communicate with them is through My Chart messaging. So I signed up for My Chart and posted the first message 2 weeks ago followed by another a week later. My Chart indicates both messages were viewed by staff but I haven’t received any responses from them.

I have been in touch with the Drs office today and unfortunately had to deal with very rude and nasty staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Oh's for 20 years and his staff has always been caring and very helpful, but now with his new staff, I cannot believe how horrible they are to patients, just trying to explain how they need a medicine urgently. I talked to 2 different women, then was put on hold for the third time and then got disconnected. Dr. Oh is one of the best, but I've never had such problems with a medical office before and if this continues I'll look elsewhere, and truly hope that doesn't happen.

Before I turned 45, I looked for a gastroenterologist so that I could have a colonoscopy. Dr. Oh was recommended to me because of my insurance and proximity. Dr. Oh made the entire process stress-free and explained my results. I recently visited him for another issue and he was able to resolve it quickly and without medical intervention. I highly recommend him and plan to utilize his services in the future.

Dr Oh is great. Found the front desk not to be as helpful as they used to be. Dr. Oh told me my records seem to be missing. I called back the next day, they told me I needed to call medical records and take care of it myself. They lost my records with Dr Oh, not Mountainside, and they have me hunting them down. Been a while but they were so pleasant in his old office.

Terrible customer service !!! Called 4 times to schedule an appointment to see one of the doctors. Each time was on hold for more than 40 minutes. Still did not get through. Never go there.
