I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessionalism from a support staff. When I called the office to get information about a letter I received concerning dentures, Jenna responded with: "I do not have time to sit here and go over this letter with you." It was astounding that this woman could not be asked to do her job and provide a little information for a patient at 2:30 on a Friday. The secretarial staff was truly the worst staff I have ever spoken to in my entire life. One was worse than the last. After Jenna was done being rude and unhelpful, she connected me to Kayla who communicated with the same brand of disrespect. I politely had reached out with a few simple questions about my father's dentures and was talked down to and made to feel like an idiot. The office is there to provide a service and clearly needs a reeducation in communicating effectively. They should start being helpful and knowledgeable about their patient's needs instead of acting like they are being inconvenienced by their jobs.
