They schedule an appointment when I have never heard about this doctor before. When I called to ask why and explained I have a doctor that I see before, the lady on the phone was rude, said I probably scheduled and forgot about it and hung up the phone in my face. Terrible customer service and messy office.

This man is amazing!!! I am a cry baby!! But he was able to calm me down. Very much experienced and KEEPS IT 100. He gave me instructions on how to take care of my ear and I’d like to share it with you. “Leave your ear alone!” Lmaoo

Always caring and compassionate. Knows what he is talking about and will get to the root of the problem. Years ago he found and treated a problem that I had been to countless other doctors for. I would not use anyone else!

My first visit with Dr. Katz was such a pleasant experience. He made you feel welcome and has a warm demeanor. Same with my follow up visit. I’ll definitely be seeing him again when and if need be.

Dr Katz actually looks at his patient rather than computer! He explains clearly, is receptive to questions. He doesn’t do unnecessary procedures.

I had to wait for almost 3 hours to see the doctor. One receptionist who schedules appointments is way beyond being rude and there is no accountability. Too much nerves and time spent on one visit. Will never go there again!
