Edward L. Lundy's Online Review Report Card

We left this practice years ago due to the rudeness of the staff. There was one sweetheart girl that worked in the front, and she would always apologize to me for the way the other ones talked in the background 😆 in my honest opinion if you still go to this practice if you're reading all these reviews, you need to have your head check. I wouldn't go back to this doctor if it is the last one on earth!!! And it is a shame, because Dr Lundy is a good doctor, but his staff is horrible. Don't even waste your time

Doctors are great, front desk Staff is really bad and ignorant, just look at everyone else saying the same thing. Unprofessional is the word.

Joanne Coleman is excellent with her patients. The staff is very friendly and you don’t have to sit for hours to get called back 🤓

Worst doctor the staff just talking patience always kept waiting in outer office beware of Betty my whole family dropped the office because of her rudeness

I love the entire staff. From Dr. Lundy, Joanne, Gina, and Betty. They are all great and take good care of you. I started out seeing Gina then Joanne (because Gina was on vaca) however i love them 2 equally. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and Joanne is nothing short of amazing.

Please don’t go to this office BETTY SHOULDN’T EVEN HAVE A JOB AS A MANGER RUDE !! & ignorant like old lady if you don’t like your job don’t have one!

Reception is so rude, they don't even try to help you. I called Dr. Lundy yesterday, left a message, he did call me back but bc I was at work I couldn't pick it up, he left me a message told me he would be back in the office in the am between 9:30-10am. I called the next morning at 9:30, receptionist Sue told me he wasn't there, so I let her know that its imperative that I speak to Dr. Lundy. No I didn't need emergent services so I didn't need to go to the ER. I did need to speak to him about my mothers meds. so than i called around 11am and the receptionist told me he wasn't there still. So at this point, am frustrated bc the Dr told me he would be in around that time and its 11 and still not around, so I asked the reception why would he tell me that he's in the office at that time, and if he isn't could you call his cell phone? - i would think patients would be important. so she told me no, than told me that Dr. Lundy tells all his patients that he comes in at 9:30-10, so now I'm thinking so he tells them that and doesn't show up? definitely unprofessional, rude, and just doesn't want to help patients.
