List of Edward L. Lundy's Reviews
My son and I have been seeing Dr lundy for 23 years . Dr lundy and his staff are very down to earth and geniunly care. The take time to listen medically and personally. !!! I hope he never retires!!! We love you Dr lundy and staff. Thank you Diane and Paul D.
Excellent family practice. The new office feels so much more like a modern doctors office than the previous location.
however main nurse/assistant who lives upstairs, is just a nightmare! She's rude and condescending, and treats every phone call as a confrontation that she has to win. She has no sympathy, and seems to delight in saying NO to whatever you are requesting and then giving you a hard time if you protest just for sport. No one needs that when they are sick! I think it's a matter of too much power/authority going to her head. I have spoken to Dr Lundy about it and he basically shrugs it off and changes the subject. He is shooting himself in the foot by continuing to employ her. He must be aware of the unprofessional manner in which 90% of his patients are handled. You just have to decide if dealing with "nurse Ratchett" is worth it to see the professionals there, who are fine doctors.
Those secretaries are the worst people I’ve met. The older woman is so bitter. She justifies her bitter personality by speaking harshly of the patients within earshot of other patients. It hurt me to witness this on more than one occasion. When I brought it to the attention of the NP’s, I was told « she came with the office » there is nothing they can do. It just makes me sad that a woman acts that way. No harm done. Just not professional. The NP’s and Dr. Lundy are great.
I see Gina and sometimes Dr.Lundy they are very professional people, so is Joann whom I've twice. There is one that can be hard to deal with but the rest of the staff are very good people, now all they need is to get someone to do the blood work.
I originally wrote a bad review and I appolgize for it now. And Ms. Betty handled it like a professional and with respect. Great Doctor and Staff. Thank you guus
I love Gina she is great if it were not for her I Would have left along time ago, however I am now in the process of looking for a new dr. They have a very rude and unfriendly receptionist named betty who thinks she can talk to and about whoever she wants. The wait time is ridiculous, why schedule an appointment when u have to wait for hours anyway? and the atmosphere could be cleaner. get it together lundy and fire that woman and clean your office up before u lose all your business.
Nastiest, most unprofessional woman I have ever had to deal with. She should not deal with the public, let alone sick people at her mercy. Was told my insurance was terminated, when in fact it was in effect. Had to pay up front before I could be seen. Would not even take half. All or nothing!! Still waiting over 3 months after insurance paid them to get reimbursed. Borderlines FRAUD. The positive is Gina is phenomenal, professional and knowledgable and so is Nicole.
Dr. Lundy has proven to be not just a professional family Dr. but a truly "nice"and caring person. He cares about us and takes what ever time needed to make certain we understand his council. He is a asset to this community and to his profession.
No bathroom available in office yet office still open and staff didn't notify patient of I convenience. Staff rude and arrogant. No follow up call to notify patient of blood work results. Stairs to office not handicapped accessible. Steps very cumbersome

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
