dr frank , made me suffer for 3 weeks with sciatica , i could not sleep in my bed because i could not get out of the bed , after a couple days in major pain and sleeping in a desk chair , i called his office ,to see if i could get something to help with the pain , this a hole , gives my tylenol3, so i slept in my desk chair for 3 weeks , and dr frank was fired as my dr , the guy is useless

The staff is very nice. Alyssa and Lydia were very helpful and informative. The facility is very clean. I’m looking forward to making this my PCP.

Receptionist is very rude. Called to ask if they are accepting new patients and she said well Yea but no openings for months and hung up! Didn't even ask if I'd liked to make an appointment or anything just hung up. If the doctor's office is rude I'm definitely not optimistic about the medical staff there.

The NP Claire and Dr. Cook are amazing. Great bed side manners. Always explaining treatment plan and giving suggestions on how to get your health on right track. I have not experienced anything bad with the secretaries. They are all polite when I called.

I visited Dr. Frank's practice this morning for a physical. This was my first visit as a new patient. Really wonderful staff. The nurse was friendly and efficient getting all the vitals. Dr. Frank came across as knowledgeable with a friendly demeanor. He took the time to discuss the results and follow-ups needed. Very satisfied with the visit.

Have been using Dr Frank for many years now. He has been an amazing influence on my health and truly a caring Doctor who has been just a great guy all around. His entire office staff is amazing and I have used the services of Dr Cook and Clair Carragino which have also been additionally amazing and productive. I am so grateful to have such a great group to assist me in most of my medical and physical needs. I cannot recommend them enough - truly grade A professionals!!!

Dr. Frank is a con-man. Made us pay up front, told insurance to send him the reinbursement and kept it.
