When I was referred to Dr. Vaidya, I was reading the reviews (mostly the lowest) so I was prepared to see a cold hearted doctor, but I was so pleasantly surprised. She explained to me all possible causes and all the tests and screens that I have to do. She was very professional and compassionate

Loved her and her staff!I saw Dr. Vaidya for my first time today. She was absolutely amazing. She took her time. She explained every option and scenario. She made a frightening situation (for me) more comforting and bare able. So thankful to have been referred to her.

My mother was diagnosed with uterine cancer 5 years ago and has been treated by Dr. Vaidya ever since. Dr. Vaidya and her entire staff have been nothing but compassionate, caring, attentive, and informative.

Dr. Vaidya is the worst doctor ever! In my understanding, patient-centered care includes: providing care that is respectful of and responsive to individual patient preferences, needs, health conditions, and values, and it ensures that patient values guide all clinical decisions. Dr. Vaidya's approach is precisely the opposite. She excludes the patient from a mutually responsive dialogue. Manipulating around the patient's tests results with often mismatching data and ambiguous language, she goes with her 'one-size-fits-all protocol' without any concerns about patients' preferences for further care. She then suggests a "curable treatment plan" that, in reality, might kill you much faster than you think. I found Dr. Vaidya to be very rude, partly aggressive, and incredibly selfish. There is no way I' go back to this 'doctor' again. The nurses and stuff at this location are just another performers of the same 'medical business brand'. They will smile for your dollars. They sure checked well what my insurance can cover prior to my second visit to see Dr. Vaidya.But then, I gave my situation a second thought, and I realized that Dr. Vaidya is just a part of the system and the John Theurer Center. If she is too attentive, cooperative, and genuinely sharing about contemporary options for female issues, how then the JT Cancer Center will make their profit?.. My insurance pays all the procedures from easy to drastic to a completely harmful and dangerous to my body. Why then not to prescribe all these "curable"/ highly damaging scans, invasive surgeries with extensive side effects, radiation, chemo, and possible numerous readmissions to the hospital? It seems that Dr. Vaidya doesn't really care about adequately differentiated diagnosis prior to scheduling or advising on multiple, expensive and often very harmful medical procedures.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Vaidya. From the moment we walked into her office all the nurses and staff were wonderful. Both of my surgeries were successful, and I am living a normal life again.....

Dr. Vaidya is by far and away the best doctor I have ever been treated by. I have been a patient of hers for years and never once has she been anything less than outstanding. She’s attentive and explains everything thoroughly. She’s also kind, caring, gentle, and puts you at ease the moment you see her. She listens to all of your concerns and let’s you know she will do everything she can to provide you the best of care. She truly has changed my life for the better because she gave me options and treatment plans no other doctor could. I cannot say enough good things about her and her staff and I would absolutely trust her with my life, and I have! She’s the best!

I met with Dr. Ami Vaidya twice, and I don't want to come back to her office again any day soon. She was rude, ignorant, and dishonest with me, never bothered to discuss my personal case, findings and some upgraded test results. I consider our conversations with her as a highly stressful and even harassing experience. I don't want anyone experience the same attitude, approach to ' cure' their patients and her 'treatment' as I did. Regardless of her education I don't believe she is a good doctor but exactly the opposite. My insurance coverage is all they are looking for, not the true cure, personalized treatment or an accurate diagnosis. What a shame!

Don't go most dishonest doctor.

During my consultation with with her, I could see how passionate she was about her job. It was a no brainer choosing her as my dr. Totally pleased with the outcome!

Unfortunately things happen in life. It happened to me, unfortunately, however, I am so fortunate and grateful that I found Dr. Vaidya. I can’t thank her enough for how much she’s helped me. I have great respect on her and I truly can’t find a better doctor, top of the line credentials, very professional, precise and right to the point. Nurses and staff are great and very helpful as well. Would highly recommend to anyone.
