Angel Mulkay Md's Online Review Report Card

My wife make an appointment for Echocardiography, wait for 1 month, still not receiving any reply. so we try to go another doctor to do Echocardiography, another doctor told me we have to canceled the Echocardiography in Mulkay, since it already approved. we called 3 times to canceled, they hand up the phone every time, so we have to their place instead. we told the front desk help us to cancel it. this front desk is isane, because we didn't see it she's do anything and told us is done. so we wait 10 minutes, and let 2nd front desk to help us out. after 10 minutes, 2nd front desk told us is done, let us wait 2-3 days. right now, 1 week past, still not cancel yet. I'm not sure if they're racist or something else, they don't want to help us at all. scam location, don't go. Rude rip off place designed to rip off poor ignorant patients.... Stay Clear!!!!!

You call them then they put you on hold for 20 minutes. If you need meds refilled they don't do it. Even I'd your pharmacy calls them they don't respond. The office is a mess. I don't think they have their act together

My dad had an appointment with dr Mulkay after experiencing chest pain and discomfort. Dr Mulkay was so great at explaining risk factors and giving us a plan of care. He’s absolutely wonderful and best part of all he’s also fluent in Spanish which is a huge deal to my dad who mainly speaks Spanish. Highly recommend Dr Mulkay as a cardiologist!

Dr. Mulkay is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Staff is friendly and my wait time was minimal. I would definitely recommend Mulkay Cardiology Consultants.

Followed the misleading rating on Zocdoc and now I'll have to choose a new provider. They cancelled my second appointment without notice after I took time off in order to attend. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office.

Dr and staff were very professional, accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. Dr was very attentive to my concerns.

Dr. Mulkay and his entire team of Dr's are very professional. The staff is also very accommodating and always follow up with me regarding procedures and appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Mulkay

I get a text message from my pharmacy today that my prescription was declined and that I needed to call my Dr. So I did just that. I called the office to find out what had happened. The woman who answered asked me for some of my info which I gave her. She asked me what was the reason for my call. I told her I got a message from the pharmacy that my prescription was declined. She says yes it was and it's because you haven't been seen for 2 years. Which I was ok with. She setup my appointment for 2 weeks from today. This is where it all went downhill. I asked her since I didn't have enough meds to hold me until the appointment date if they could prescribe me the med to hold me over until said date. She proceeded to give me an attitude and said no I we can not do that until you see the Dr. Her response really got me upset. I proceeded to explain to her that I wasn't asking for a full prescription I was asking for enough medication to hold me over. This lady had the nerve to continue giving me a hard time. Being that I was very upset I started raising my voice to her so she said you need to speak to the manager because I was screaming. Cue the even more rude sarcastic "manager". I tried to explain to her the same thing about needing the med to hold me over. She starts reprimanding me telling me I should not be screaming at anyone because we're adults. She finally said I will call the Dr and ask. 4 hours passed and no call back from the office. I called and asked to speak to "the manager" and was told to hold on. 10 minutes pass and still on hold I hung up and called back to cancel my appointment with them. You don't do what they did to any patient. All they had to do was say ok we will call and give you enough meds to hold you over but no they played hard ball. Those 2 women I spoke to have ZERO customer service skills. I will never go back to that place. They don't know how to treat people and all they are worried about is your money and not your health or well being. Do yourselves a favor don't ever go there.
