I had Mohs surgery above my eyebrow in late March. I think I had about 10 (tiny) stitches. The incision was about 3/4 inches long. It's a little over a month and I can't believe how I have healed. The incision area is almost completely flat, and even if I don't cover it with makeup, it is barely noticeable. Dr, Ciocon and his staff are top notch.

I never knew doctors like this existed anymore -- doctors who go the extra mile to CARE for and about their patients. Dr. Ciocon is an excellent doctor, but even better man. Recommend highly.

Dr. David Ciocin was an out of area Mohs surgeon who performed Mohs surgery on a Sunday in the Rockville Dermatology office. The surgery seemed to go ok and the Rockville staff was great. However, the doctor's administration of anesthesia was more painful than expected. It was no pinch.

Made an appointment to see him, board certified. High credentials, waited 3 months, and he stayed out of the room letting an inexperienced resident to care for me. Was really angry. A 2nd femsle comes in and never introduces herself, i am like a n object decorating the room except the 2 of them discuss me! And do it behind the door. Asked to see him, so he came in for about 30 seconds. I will hand deliver a strong letter when I show up for my folloe up visit.

Had made an appointment 6 moths ago.. His staff calls me up and asks me to move my appointment 9 days . Okay I do that . That day comes , ISO to see him , I was lead to a room down the hall waiting. The nurse comes in tells me he won't be in for an hour , so I leave and I'll see him next visit hopefully.

Dr. Ciocon performed laser on my skin when another doctor was going to perform reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Ciocon was amazing!! He removed melanoma cancer on my arm and did an amazing job. He explained everything part of the procedure as he was doing it. He kept me calm during the procedure and was just so kind and mindful of what I was experiencing at that moment. His stitching skills are just amazing! It is a large area and the stitches are absolutely perfect. I know this will heal really well because of his skills. I would totally recommend Dr. Ciocon to anyone who needs this type of surgery. Thank you for everything!!

Dr. Ciocon is truly a gift to the practice of dermatology. I am recommending others to him including some folks who live out of the NY/NJ area. He is brilliant and will give you honest assessments. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I can't say enough good things about him.
