Dr's are very good BUT, there's NO WAY to communicate with your doctor. Communicating for Appointments is a BIG issue., keep calling -always goes to voicemail, if transferred by operator to Docs or Scheduler-again only goes to voicemail. As a patient you have to be aggressive to keep calling until you can communicate with support staff, else keep leaving messages and wait for delayed responses usually 2-3 days later. Very difficult and frustrating because by the time you do finally connect with a live person-its one or two weeks too late for a patient that needs attention.

While the Dr's are very good BUT, there's no way to communicate with your doctor., As a patient you to be aggressive to communicate with support staff only to leave messages and wait for delayed responses-Do not wait to hear from them-its never in-time-always days behind. Very difficult and frustrating.

Dr. Felig is one of the THE most competent, concerned and compassionate Doctors I have...He is everything a Doctor should be. It's so obvious that he puts his patients first... because he actually listens to us, and always offers good advice or alternatives. I am SO blessed to have Dr. Felig as my Gastroenterologist, and wish he could be my Doctor for Everything! God Bless You, Dr. Felig!
