I Arrived to the appointment 15 minutes earlier to fill the forms and was ready for the time of the appointment. Still, had to wait in the waiting room for 40 minutes and 15 more minutes in the examination room. Next, I had a test in another facility. The results were ready the next day, but this doctor's office sat on the results for 16 days. I had three calls with the office to get the results. Another test that the office needs to get authorization and schedule is delayed for 26 days now.

excellent care and diagnosis. recommended testing during my annual checkup which led to a heart stent procedure. probably saved me from a heart attack sometime in future. also excellent follow up care and medication adjustments. i give my highest recommendation!!!

The secretary that is there is rude and very unprofessional. I booked an appointment for my mom. She drove there from far and was there on time to only find out the doctor was not in. Instead of an apology when I called to see how this would happen, she was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me telling me the doctor was not in that day. Be careful booking appointments there the staff is very rude. The way they schedule appointments is very disorganized. Highly disappointed with the staff and the way that secretary treated our family.
