I find Dr. Gegerman dismissive of concerns, and does not follow through with patients individual concerns unless pressured. Staff was rude.

Comfortable with Doctor and care given at Hackensack. Unfortunately, issue with billing. Doctor’s office indicated my procedure was pre-cleared, insurance company disagrees. I received a $4,100 bill six months after procedure. Very difficult time getting any information from HUMC. They are either unable or unwilling to explain bill in plain English; keep providing internal codes for services, which mean very little to me as a patient.

From the minute you meet Carlos at the front desk you know you made the right choice. Therapist were great, manager runs dept well and Doctor gives his cell phone out. Only wished biller answered her phone.

Dr. Gejerman listens, explains treatment and options thoroughly and spent at least 45 minutes of time with us. We have a great deal of confidence in him and the treatment we had, and will continue to receive, from him and his office staff.

We left Sloane Kettering (believe it or not) and went to Dr. Gejerman. Felt completely listened to, he gave us time, and all that really mattered is that he cured my husband. I cannot thank him enough and recommend him highly.
