Dr. Azmi was incredibly patient with me and my wife as he explained the benefits and risks of the DBS procedure for essential tremor. I ultimately had the procedure and am very pleased with the results. He is a top-notch neurosurgeon.

I called him from Fayetteville AR, to get an advice for my mother who is suffering from Parkinson's. Though my mother is not his patient but he devoted enough time to answer all my questions that saved us lot of time.

Dr Azmi was called in on a Sunday evening for an emergency surgery on my son’s neck fracture. From the first second I met him through every follow up visit, Dr Azmi has been incredibly kind and caring. Dr Azmi is a brilliant surgeon and his office staff is equally as phenomenal. I hope to never require his services again but if anyone does I would recommend Dr Azmi without hesitation!

Dr. Hooman Azmi is seriously the best doctor I have ever seen! He spent a very long time with me, discussed all of my options, and gave me an exam like no other neurologist ever did. Not only was he extremely thorough, but he was very kind, compassionate, and friendly; this is the type of doctor anyone would want. At first we were going to leave because the front desk was not that welcoming as we were told we needed a report (we had the CD) and there was a possibility we would not be seen, after driving 1 1/2 hours. We were going to just leave, but we felt that they didn't have the authority to do that; we are so happy we stayed for the visit. We saw Christian, the nurse, who was also very kind, enthusiastic, and friendly. After the visit, we saw Destini, his assistant, who has such a contagious smile and beaming with friendliness. All in all, just bare with the front desk because it is worth the visit. No wait, highest expertise, and highest compassion and warmth.

The moment I set foot in the office was like breathing fresh air. I've been in pain for a few months now and just walking inside the office gave me a good vibe. The office was clean, bright, spacious and organized. The front personnel greeted me and my husband so well and and with a smile. They were quick registering and wait time was minimal. Christian, Dr. Azmi's medical assistant was great, very professional and caring. Dr. Azmi is outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, has excellent bedside manner and gave me choices regarding my treatment. Destini at the concierge from his care team was fantastic, personable and charming. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Azmi and his care team. They are awesome!

My mom hd her visit with Dr. Azmi today and we were both very impressed with him. He was pleasant and did not appear rushed at all even though we know he’s a very busy physician. He let both my mother and I talk about her condition and history without rushing us, explained her diagnosis, what he thought her treatment should be and answered questions when we had them. He was very knowledgeable and gave us many options for treatment and started off with less invasive treatment which we appreciated. His approach was very patient and collaborative and he was so reassuring and kind which unfortunately is not often the norm. As an NP, I would be happy to recommend Dr. Azmi to any patient, family member or friend.Also, his assistant Destini was very pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Azmi is the ENTIRE package…professional, empathetic, knowledgeable, patient….and on and on. He takes his time to explain & educate patients in order to make the best decision based on real data & science. In addition, his office staff is heads above the rest!
