I cannot believe after a failed, heartbreaking attempt at fertility with IRMS in 2015 that I am still dealing with them. Unprofessional and unethical in their mishandling of our semen specimens. When our attempt failed, we in person signed all the paperwork to discard OUR specimens. In 2021, I received a TEXT telling me I had to start paying for the specimen storage. I texted back and told them to get their act together - and prove to US that they had discarded it SINCE IT WAS SIGNED BY US IN 2015. Then they called me, I told them I would not get anything notarized and they needed to check their files. Maria Montenez (we dealt with the IRMS in Livingston, NJ) said she would follow up with her supervisor. I sent a follow email as well on 6/12/2021. No response. On Father's Day 2021 (AGAIN - thank you for TEARING off the scab over a wound that will never ever ever ever heal for us but was starting to scab over) we received a letter requiring the notarized signature. I've just sent another email to Ms. Montenez and also posted it on their facebook and facebook messaged IRMS as well. I cannot believe the incompetence and insensitivity of a "world renowned" fertility unit. I did have a terrible doctor while there, so I guess I should not be surprised. I never shared much about this journey because it our private journey but now years later, I'm fine sharing it if it helps save some other poor people the heartbreak that we are now reliving.

I cannot thank dr hessler, jennifer, alicia and the whole irms family! They were incredible answered all of my questions and concerns promptly responded to my every need! They are the best!!!! And i got pregnant!! ❤️ Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart!!!

These women make miracles happen every day. Dr. Garrisi was always very honest with me throughout my years at IRMS. I have two of the more gorgeous little girls because of this group. My daughter is even named after one of the doctors because that's the impact she had on us. If you need medical assistance for conception, this is the practice to seek out.

The woman hung up on me as I was talking. Should be fired. She had a sassy tone and didn't answer my question. And I work in customer service.
