I was having heart palpations and i did the recquired steps that were necessary to do. To start off, i had a tele health consult visit and she didn’t bother calling at all not even a notice that she cancelled. I have been waiting 2 weeks to get the results of my echo back and she didn’t bother calling with my results. I called and left a voice message and i was told that shoukd call me back to go over my results and she still didn’t. She doesn’t care about her patients and doesn’t care about patient satisfaction. Please look else where.

Dr. Safi has been my Cardiologist for a number of years now. She and her staff are knowledgeable, caring, accessible and the office runs like clockwork. I have recommended her to both Family and Friends. Dr. Safi is one in a million!!

I am so thankful I was referred to Dr. Safi. She is a brilliant physician- extremely patient, caring and truly took the time to speak with me about treatment options, risks and long term solutions. Dr. Safi genuinely cares about her patients. I cannot thank her enough for listening to my concerns, evaluating the data and taking an aggressive, proactive approach. She saved my life and I am forever grateful. Oftentimes, specialists are seemingly too busy and the level of care is assembly-line and cookie-cutter. Dr. Safi is an astute diagnostician and clinician, clearly an expert in her field. Her staff actually answer the phone are polite, prompt to schedule appointments, and Dr. Safi was quick to call me with an update. My only regret is that I did not begin treating with her sooner.

For the fist time in my life,I have found a Doctor who listens to me and diagnosed me correctly. I have been suffering for over a year with breathing problems, I went to who was my Pcp, his answer was you are too heavy lose the weight. Although, that is also true,he failed to diagnose me with Mitral valve leaking. Dr. Safi spotted it immediately, I had my surgery 3 weeks ago and I am starting to feel better. Dr. Safi I am for ever in your debt. Thank you. Sincerely, Angela Ortega

I saw Dr. Safi for the first time today and she is wonderful! She is so caring and really listens. She is extremely knowledgeable and I feel like I am in very good hands. Her office staff is also amazing!
