Very professional and knowledgeable. She was 5th dermatologist I went to for my skin problem. She knew in two minutes what others could not figure out.

Went to see her because I couldn’t see my doctor so she had an appointment I have nothing good to say about her. I explain to her that my primary doctor was on vacation. She was trying to get me to see a friend of hers instead of seeing my primary doctor.She prescribe some cream for me never called it in to my pharmacy .

Waited for an hour past my appt time to see her. When she finally came to the exam room, she rushed me and spent literally less than two minutes with me and then started walking out of the exam room as she was talking to me. Never clarified what cream she was prescribing and wouldn’t answer any questions. No bedside manner. No compassion. Acted like she hates her job and hates seeing patients. She should not be a doctor, let alone work any kind of job having to interact with people. Save yourself the time and trouble and choose a different doctor.

Today was my 1st Appointment; i explained to Alyssa the NP why i was there. a recurring issue Nutley treated me for *my doc in Nutley left the practice so i thought id try Lolis out. Alyssa informed me that my condition is 'cosmetic' and id have to pay Out of pocket. I Starting at $250, Is the billing different among each doctor bc this is a group and this has been treated prior. She couldn't answer me. I saw Lolis regardless for something else in the meantime. She was not the warm and fuzzy like youd expect being a new patient. Gave me a list of products & off she went. Very disappointed. Will NOT be seeing her again.

One word ! Terrible!

First of all, I went here twice and I would say for those two appointments, wait time is really long. I would come in 10 minutes early but still have to wait for more than 30 minutes.. Secondly, the Doctor seems like she’s always rushing. She’s intimidating and not really informative. She would literally just see and do her check up in less than 5 minutes. Thirdly, the main reason i came here was because i got these rashes in my back, so during my check ups I’m required to be undressed … what I hate is when Dr. Lolis would see me with two or one more trainees/ looking like students without my permission. It always felt so uncomfortable ! Lastly, she prescribed me with different creams and medications but nothing works. So i just never came back I’m giving two stars for — 1. The front desk people. They are accommodating. The 2nd star would be for the assistant. She gave me more information than Doctor Lolis did

Dr. Lolis was excellent, answered all my questions and explained the diagnosis and procedure. The physician’s assistant was excellent as well, the prep and initial Q+A and post procedure Q+A was very helpful. The ladies at the front desk were great in handling all the appointment and pre-visit items. The i-Pad info gathering for new patient was very comprehensive and easy to use and follow. 5 stars for outstanding medical / patient experience!

I went there for the first time with my brother we left so happy. Dr Lolis went beyond she was amazing explained everything to us . She made sure we understood everything. She took her time with us I'm so happy to find this doctor i high recommend her. Thank you Dr Margarita Lolis for your service.

She refused to see my 4 years old daughter because i was late only 10 minutes because of the security who directed me to wrong building and I explained that to her and the hospital security called her and told it was their fault to direct me to a wrong building There was no one at the office only me and she still refused to see my daughter. My daughter her nails came off and her nails are bleeding I explained to her she is a kid and needs to see a doctor and she neglected my daughter case

There are so many things I could say about this practitioner. Not only did she sell us on expensive acne laser treatment for our young daughter, she also mislead us into thinking the procedure was painless. Over the course of the treatment that my daughter received, it appeared that Dr. Lolis was a different person each visit. One visit engaging, another like a cold fish. During one of the treatments, while my child was clearly in pain, she literally didi not say a word. After three months of extremely uncomfortable, non-covered treatments totaling $3000, my daughter is right back where she started. The promising laser treatments, backed by a study that they stated was run out of her office, were a no-go. Several attempts to speak to her in the months following the procedure went unanswered. Even after stating that I would make a follow-up if it were better to discuss things in the office, Dr. Lolis did not respond. Save yourself/child the frustration, heartache and financial loss and go somewhere else where the practitioner cares.
