Regina Krel's Online Review Report Card

Extremely disappointed with this doctor who has ZERO compassion for her patients. After waiting 5 months to get an appointment with this provider, unfortunate circumstances out of our control resulted in us being 15 minutes late for this long awaited appointment. The doctor absolutely refused to see my daughter because it interfered with her "lunch time". Never mind that my daughter had been traveling 4 hours to see her. This doctor absolutely did not care about the hardship or even would not offer a prompt reschedule. It would be another 5-month wait to see her again. Not understanding why Ms. Krel feels she is over and above other people or the lack of respect and understanding for the needs of others. Dr Krel, so early in your career what you need to have first and foremost is compassion for your patients. That's the most important lesson for you to learn. Definitely NOT going back to this provider. There are so many other caring and better educated doctors out there.

I Can't get in touch with any one in the office. I left 5 messages over a 2 week period and no one had the courtesy to return my call. I don't understand why. Very frustrating.

Dr Krel is professional, knowledge, patient, understanding, and really takes her time to explain and answer questions. I cannot recommend her enough. After seeing many neurologists for migraines Dr Krel has helped given me my life back

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Krel. She is one of the absolute best physicians I have ever had the privilege of meeting. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, empathetic, and there are truly not enough wonderful things I could say about her. She listens, explains, takes her time, answers all of my many questions and really cares about her patients. After many years of suffering from migraines and seeing many neurologists, I was losing all hope until meeting Dr. Krel. I have recommended her to everyone I know who is need of a neurologist. She is the absolute best and has helped to give me my life back

I’ve spent many years trying to find a doctor who can treat my headaches. I’ve been a long time suffer and been to so many doctors with little success. Going to Dr. Krel has been an incredible experience. From the first visit she had an insight about my headaches that other doctors haven’t made and she developed a plan to help me. Since then I’ve had more relief and felt better than I have in many years. She’s always easy to reach and goes out of her way to answer questions between visits. I have already recommended her to my friends who are migraine sufferers and they’ve had similar experiences. I am so happy I found her and will continue to highly recommend Dr. Krel.

Dr. Krel is excellent, as is her office staff. The nurses are able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Krel’s knowledge of migraines is what she reads. She is not a migraine suffer. She has very little compassion for us who do. For example you can not talk to her directly or email her if you have a question about your treatment or are having a problem with treatment. You have to go through a nurse if you can get her. The nurse relays your message to Krel when and if krel gets back to the nurse you get a reply. If you have a question about the reply the process starts all over again. Good luck on a Friday forget about weekends. How bad is she ? She stopped treatment to anyone over 60 at the start of the virus with no plans or procedures for them. to get help.

The issue with Krel is that she really doesn’t care about the patient. First you can not get her on the phone Or email she won’t give it to anyone. if you have a problem. You talk to someone in the office they email her she emails back maybe then the person calls you next day. If you have a question about what is said to you the process begins again. She also closed her office to anyone over 60 at the beginning of the Covid crisis. My supermarkets got me in early because they had more compassion. Krel is not a migraine suffer so she just doesn’t understand. Also you have to make two appointments one for treatment and one if you want to talk about your treatment. It’s a factory get them in and out. She also has very little affect. I found the best migraine doctors are ones who suffer from migraines.

She is terrible no affect. No direct communication if you have a problem. She doesn’t take calls or gives you her email. Your message is relayed and an answer relayed back sometimes the same day if you’re lucky. 2 appointments are necessary one Thursdays for treatment and another for treatment discussion. She closed her office to 60yr old at start of crisis. Myself and others had Togo elsewhere for treatment.
