The doctor is absolutely amazing listens to everything you have to say and takes her time with you. The only reason I gave 2 stars is for her. The office staff is absolutely horrible!!! The phones are turned off and on call for most of the day. Every time I can get in contact with them I’m either placed on hold forever or hung up on. I’m still waiting a week for my echo results and two weeks for my holter monitor. Absolutely horrendous! Dr. Sharma is a very competent doctor but the office management and operation really is so poor, it is very challenging to call them by phone to follow up on prescriptions and inquire on billings.

This is the worst office ever, these people are so lazy overthere, sitting behind a chair chitchatting pretending to be busy, they can’t even fax paper work or able to send an email

She is wonderful. Listens to you. Spends the time. BUT.. Her office staff is HORRIBLE. They are friendly but so inadequate when it comes to calling in prescriptions. They actually called in a wrong dosage of a psych med! This has happened numerous times with other medications. They call in the wrong meds or don't call it in at all where you have to call the office over and over again for days till they get it right and you get your meds. Always check your meds with these girls. Extremely dangerous what they are doing. I pray they don't ruin her practice because she truly is a fantastic physician. She is wonderful. Listens to you. This office is very poorly managed. Without addressing the medical care provided, I would not return. I called the day of my appt to see if there were any cancellations and I was told that I could come early and was left waiting until the time of my original appt. Then it was truly an ordeal to pay the amount due. I called the billing office and was told that they do not accept cc but must contact the doctor's office. I could not reach anyone. I left many messages and finally was connected to the person who accepted payment only after I expressed my frustration to the person providing the lab reports, who by the way, is only available once a week. I paid the amount due, in full, but continue to be invoiced each month. I finally noted on the invoice that I will post a negative review if they don't stop the invoicing. It appears that there is no one who cares and I wonder if anyone bothered even reading my note. I would expect better customer service that this.
