I took my aunt to be seen in the office with Dr .Ruffo and we left the office with ease. Dr. Ruffo answered all my aunts questions and explained things thoroughly. My aunt was seen for leg pain and varicose vein treatment and was completely satisfied. As for his staff and his Nps they were absolutely wonderful. During these hard times with covid that's what we need compassionate professionals. Thank you Dr, RUFFO AND STAFF!

I booked a same day appointment. I called to confirm. After they took my personal info and insurance info they suddenly tell me doctor is on an emergency leave and gone for the week.

Dr Ruffo should not call himself a doctor. During my visit this man got progressively more rude and angry. I was hassled, shamed, talked down to- his patronizing attitude caused me pain, humiliation, confusion, and anger.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Ruffo. Two days before the appointment I received a call saying the doctor was not available. The next available date was about a month later. His office called a few days before to reschedule since again the doctor was not available. I declined the invitation to reschedule and said I would find another doctor.

The man saved my life. I get more time with my wife, daughters and the rest of my family because of him. He's amazingly, knowledgeable, honest, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. If there is a downside, it is he's in too much demand. The best always is.

Never returns phone calls and is never available when you need guidance. My blood pressure was going up and down and I was getting dizzy. They told me to go to the emergency room, but the emergency room doesn’t handle this until you faint or your blood pressure goes up to 220, so I was left to handle this on my own. The only other option was to go to my PCP, who isn’t equipped to deal with problems like this.

No bedside manners and nasty attitude on the phone. Too bothered to answer any questions you might have. There is plenty of cardiologists, please do not choose him!!!

The staff in Dr. Ruffo's office is very unprofessional and disorganized. Doctor does not return phone calls and does not seem to care about providing prompt treatment.
