I was a brand new patient after having my previous primary care doctor for over twenty years. I was very nervous. Dr. Rygielski’s warming eyes and sweet smile put me at ease. She listened, very intently, to all of my concerns. She addressed each and every one of them. She’s extremely compassionate and knowledgeable, all without judgement. The office staff is very friendly and inviting. They put my fears at ease. Even when the place is busy, everyone, there, treats patients like REAL people in need of REAL help. Dr. Jaime took the time to read through my voluminous records and treat me accordingly. This physician takes her oath seriously. I’m SO happy I found Dr. Rygielski!

Dr. Jamie was so nice, she spent time with me and addressed all my concerns. I felt better taken care of than I have in years, I only wish I had found her sooner. She was so friendly she made me feel comfortable in a medical setting, I would not hesitate to go back. The front desk staff was also very nice and responsive and the nurse was friendly, best office I have been to in a long time.

I went into the office complaining of chest pains. The girl at the desk and another co-worker gave me an appointment for today at 3:00pm for an EKG realizing that waiting a few days might not be a good idea. When I arrived a different girl at the desk said I could not have an EKG without a doctor visit, which I was willing to have, But they did not have any available appointments till Friday, (today is Tuesday). The sent me home with chest pains. I don't think I will return to this office. The girl at the front desk was not pleasant either. No caring!!!!

Dr. Rygielski is phenomenal. She’s always smiling and always listens to what you have to say. Which for me is huge. She doesn’t rush you through your appointment. She really takes the time to answer any questions you may have. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat!
