Great doctor, after seeing 2 other dermatologist in the area, she was the only one capable or willing to remove a skin growth, as others were referring me out to plastic surgeons. Excellent procedure, smooth, painless and stitches were perfectly done. No issues w appts. Staff is courteous. Convenient location. Highly recommend Very happy to have found my new dermatologist!

I have seen Dr Rocca a few times over the years, and actually switched to her practice as my new dermatologist. I have over the last month left 3 voice mails with no response from anyone. I've called multiple times on different days and different times - no call back. I've emailed three different email addresses as advertised on her website - no response. Today I called and opted in to receive a text. I received a text "Hello from Natural Image Skin Center. How can we help you today?" My response was "Is there a person I can speak with?" Crickets. No response. How does a medical doctor operate this way? Totally unreachable? Unable to have a conversation with another human from her office? I have made numerous attempts to speak with someone over multiple platforms and nothing.

Dr. Rocca is a God-send to me and my family. Not only does she provide excellent professional care, but she takes time to listen and answer all our questions. She has a kind and friendly manner, wonderful staff as well!

Paid $400 to have spider veins removed . Dr told me that it would take about 2 weeks to see a result. Still no results the veins she treated look worse. Trying to get a follow up and the doctor is never available. Don’t waste your money.

Dr.Rocca is the most kind and Compassionate Dr. She truly listens and will treat your skin condition with the latest proven treatments . I’ve Recommended her to all of my friends and Family! A True Gem

This post is more for my reference when i google a specialist to remind me that i have been here twice, and to not go again. If you have an emergency skin issue, go elsewhere, they wont take you, unless its like 4 months later.

Absolutely disgraceful office. Paid over $1000 for out of pocket procedures. Front desk has hung up on me and will not help find a time to continue the procedure to finish the treatment. Medical Assistant staff has yet to return a single voicemail I have left on their specific line. Beware - office is all about the cash flow and power. No one seems to have any accountability to finish my treatments which are now completely ineffective, which was a waste of my time and money.
