Staff has complete disregard for patients. Would not recommend and will not go back. My 89-year-old father went to this practice for some lesions on his head. The front desk acted as if he was bothering them when he arrived and told him that he didn't have an appointment. He did and he had the paperwork to prove it. As he was leaving he tried to make an appointment for a blue light procedure that was recommended by the Dr. He was told they would call him in 2 weeks. Three weeks later, when he called them they told him he had to fill out paperwork. When he drove there to fill out the paperwork he asked to make the appointment. They said they would call him. Again, several weeks and no call. God bless anyone who has a serious and time-sensitive issue. It's clear that this practice and the professionals who work there do not put the patient first.

I just had Mohs Surgery with Dr. Nervi....what a great experience! He is kind, caring, engaging and made me feel completely as ease! The surgery was a success and his nurse Connie was so very nice as well! They were a bit off schedule but I was always informed of this and assured they would get to me as quickly as they could. I appreciated being in the loop, the entire staff was professional and took great care of me!

Dermatologist prescribes Cerave for atopic dermatitis for a kid ? Seriously ? That’s it ? There are so many creams oils lotions etc., that can work great in combination with other treatment to help skin be moisturized, u just have to find the right one for you . Also , never got my prescription thought called several times to ask them to send it to my pharmacy … didn’t bother them anymore, just got one from our pediatrician

Dr. Nervi is the best. He has a great sense of humor, listens to my concerns. He treated several of my skin concerns with great success. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Rude and rushes appointments. Seems to have no time to be bothered by questions. If you do not have the time then politely say so, and do not be rude. Hard to get anyone on the phone, and then they put people on hold and after 10-15 minutes you hang up and try again...to then get an answering machine. Went through this process 5-6 times. After you finally get an appointment you are rushed. Seems to want to get the numbers in. Better off finding someone else. Plenty of Doctors out there.

My son went today and Russo was the person to take care, we feel she did not do a detail exam. The appointment was less than 5 Minutes. Not a good communicator
