I would leave minus stars if I could. This was the worst experience ever and she shouldn’t even be called a physician. Horrible manners, the office is filthy and everything I asked her to do as was done in the past by my wonderful primary care physician who retired she refused to do and said it wasn’t necessary. Nurse took my blood pressure which was never that high in my life and Dr. Tailor didn’t seem concerned or thought it important to take it herself again. My records were sent to her which she never read. Keep your blood pressure down and go elsewhere.

Dr will not come into the room to speak with patient. The nurse asks from outside the room for your cell number and Dr calls to discuss why you are there. Also calls you with results from tests done at the office from the other room while you wait for her to come back in to update you. When she did briefly venture in, seemingly terrified she would catch something, she looked in throat and ears from over a foot away. Swabbed incorrectly for covid, which came back negative. Came home and did rapid test on myself and it came back positive. Pediatric side of Plaza Family Care is terrific; however, adult side is the worst. I understand taking precautions, but when it hampers doing your job and honoring your oath as a doctor, you may have taken it too far. Time to move on!

Terrible bedside manner. Very rude to me. Uncaring and lacking compassion. Not a very thorough and dismissed everything as being overweight even though my BMI is 28 and I had just lost 45 lbs. to hear her say I just need to lose weight after I had just lost 45lbs was crushing to my self esteem. Also, saw another doctor who diagnosed me and my weight was not the issue.

Never nice, smiles or makes you feel welcome in the patient room. As a patient and healthcare provider you shouldn't be rude or condescending towards your patient. Very disappointed.

Dr Tailor only got 1 star because I had to pick something. Absolutely terrible!! Tells me I have a blood clot and to go home..she will call with an ultra sound place. That was April- still waiting in Dec. I could be dead! She should Not practice medicine

Dr Tailor is a HORRABLIE doctor and her office Manager is even worsts ( Elise) Elisa is going to ruin your practice for sure. I been going there for 20 years and now its not a good Practice to go. Be smart and stay away
