When I went for my appointment I first saw the PA, her name was Anna and she was very nice and understanding. Dr. Chung came in and was rude from the jump. Very insensitive to my situation and had a bad attitude.

Dr. Chung has removed cancer from my face 2 different times via surgery. It is very hard to see where the cancer was removed. 6 years & it has not returned which means she removed just enough skin. The office staff is great. Making appointments can be a challenge but it is worth the results. This Lady's work is MAGIC ! She removed a funny looking mole from my back that could has cost me my life due the type of cancer. No pain ! You may need a referral to see her. Do it soon. Don't wait until it's too late.

I had a great 1st appt at this office. The staff was REALLY nice and not judgy. I was in and out of the office within 30 mins. I saw the APN, Shelly, she answered all of my questions. Truly put my mind at ease. I am TOTALLY recommending this office to anyone who needs a dermatologist.

Her manner was cold, no beside manner. She didn't listen. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

I am surprised at the negative comments I read. I had a very positive experience at Dr Chungs. The office staff were friendly and helpful on my first visit. The medical assistant called my name at the exact time of my scheduled appointment. I was taken back and after preliminary questions was greeted by Dr Herman. He diagnosed the issue that was causing clumps of my hair to fall out. I was given a treatment on that initial visit and told to return for one additional treatment. My hair has been restored on just two appointments. All the staff I met were professional and I never had to wait for more that a few minutes.

Dr Chung is the best in her field! My wife and I have been going to her for the last 5 years. We started going to her because she has a huge reputation among the medical community. All the great things we heard were so true. We would refer her to everyone!

This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I saw the CRNP Shelly. She walked in without knocking the door as I was in the middle of changing into my gown! Durning my exam, the medical assistant came in and asked Shelley a random question unrelated to me and they went on for 5 mins complaining about some training in the office while she was "examining" my skin. I was appalled! I am a medical professional myself and so would NEVER treat a patient like this I am NEVER going back to this office. Shame on this establishment

People who work there are very rude. Person who worked there really hurt my dad's feelings. When the doctor was told about this incident, she laughed about it. We couldn't believe her reaction to the way her staff is treating her patients. She laughed about it again. Plus she was treating my dad for something that he doesn't even have. Very unprofessional. Will NEVER go back again and I don't recommend anyone else to go either.
