Rude. Obnoxious. Ignorant. Office was rank of cigarette smoke as if someone was smoking inside the office. Not even concerned with comparing previous MRI with new MRI to diagnose new injury. I was dismissed as being insignificant and worthless. I sought treatment elsewhere.

I was hurt at work and sent by my insurance company. I thought for sure he was going to be on the insurance company side and say I wasn’t hurt. When I called to make the appointment, I talked to Linda. She was so nice and so helpful it actually made me feel so much better! I did wait a while, but it worth it. Not only did Dr. Arena take his time with me but he listened to me. He looked at my MRI and explained in detail my injury. I am back to work now! I definitely recommend him. He is great and Linda was so helpful and comforting.

It was as though other docs were looking at different parts of an elephant and making different diagnoses. By looking at past & current x-rays and ordering 2 MRIs, he put the whole picture together, and a diagnosis which considered everything. He is a GREAT diagnostician, a kind man and wonderful doctor, who then referred me to top surgeons.

Extremely thorough! Takes more tests to track down additional potential problems. Explains x-rays & MRIs, LISTENS!!!! Notices gaits, and moves limbs to identify problems. Does not overlook anything! Investigates complaints!

I could barely walk when I went to Dr. Arena. I had severe spinal stenosis and bulging discs. The surgery took 14 hours. Best decision I have ever made. My book has been good now for 15 years.
