Dr. Dante is pleasant and competent. Unfortunately, the office is overscheduled and relatively unorganized. I received my card that it was time to schedule my annual exam and when I called, the first appointment was 5 months out. On another occasion, I showed up for my appointment and it was not in the system even though I had my appointment card with me. They told me that it I came back in 3 hours, they could fit me in. When I returned, I waited for an hour and 15 minutes, then left. On my last visit, Dr Dante didn't do a refraction so when I went to the eyeglass area in the office 6 months later to get my readers, they didn't have a prescription on file for me and I couldn't get them and I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket for a refraction because my insurance only paid for 1 a year.
